We want to exceed your expectations!
Owners Paul and Joan opened our first location in 2018 with a simple plan. We like being on the water so all our locations are waterfront! We get annoyed with "resort fees, parking fees, wifi fee, fees for whatever" so we don't charge any fees! We lived in the Caribbean and have done a lot of sailing so our style has a tropical and nautical flair. We expect a clean room, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed when we travel so we make sure that is what you will get here at Latitude 26 Waterfront Resorts.

Resort Policies
Toddlers 3 and under stay for free when using an available crib. Children 12 and under stay free when using an available rollaway bed. Guests use of amenities such as the pool, kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, fishing poles, BBQ grills, and waterfront fire tables is complimentary, Latitude 26 assumes no liability for their use. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is no at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge with advanced notice. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Wi-Fi Internet is available in all areas on property and is free of charge. Free private parking is included for 1 vehicle per room. Continental breakfast is included with reservation and is served from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM. Minimum age to reserve is 25. Reserving a room for someone underage is not permitted. Please bring valid photo ID for identity verification purposes. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Discover. A credit card surcharge may be applied. Reservation name and credit card name must match for identity verification purposes or reservation may be cancelled at the discretion of resort staff. Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of USD $15.00 and may take up to 30 days to receive. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Our properties have a strict policy of 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets'. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you may be assessed at minimum a USD $250.00 fee. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We have a 5-Day Cancellation Policy. Guests may cancel their reservation for free up until 5 days before arrival. A reservation deposit is collected at the time of booking and is equal to the amount of one night's stay plus tax. If a guest cancels within the 5 days before arrival, then the deposit is retained and no additional charges are incurred.
